* Groups must be the number of guests reserved
* Respect for property and neighborhood will be observed at all time – meaning no damages or disturbances of peace !
* Written cancellation of reservation must be 14 days prior to arrival for full refund
* In some urgent cases partial credit towards future stay may be held on account to be used up until year end – excluding holiday and festival dates
